Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will provide support to the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential apartment management and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files and records
- Conduct data entry
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and renewals
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit returns
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with rent collection and ensure compliance with payment policies
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to regulations
- Some local travel may be required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential apartment management preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, both written and verbal
